CEO of On The Ball Virtual
Brittany Ball is the Founder and CEO of On The Ball Virtual, where she and her team help aesthetic injectors, MedSpas, and national trainers reclaim their time, strengthen client retention, and build businesses that feel both profitable and sustainable.
Her journey into entrepreneurship began after making the difficult decision to step away from her nursing career to spend time with her father during his battle with pancreatic cancer. That season forever changed her perspective. It reinforced a belief that now serves as the foundation of both her life and business: businesses should support the life you want to live, not keep you from it.
With more than 12 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse and Nurse Navigator, Brittany brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge, operational expertise, and genuine compassion to every client she serves. She understands the realities of patient care, the demands of running a practice, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that often prevent providers from focusing on what they do best.
Today, Brittany leads a growing team at On The Ball Virtual that partners with practices across the country to create systems that improve client experience, increase retention, and simplify day-to-day operations. From administrative support and retention marketing to newsletters, reporting, strategic consulting, trainer concierge services, and practice management solutions, the team becomes an extension of each client's business, treating it with the same care and attention they would their own.
At the heart of everything Brittany does is a simple mission: helping practice owners build businesses that create more freedom, more confidence, and more time for what matters most.
Outside of work, Brittany is a devoted wife and mom who can usually be found building LEGO creations or working on puzzles with her son, reading a good book, supporting local small businesses, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or embracing her love for Botox and anything black and checkered.
RACHEL
Client Success Manager
As a devoted wife and a proud mom to two adventurous boys, Rachel finds joy in the great outdoors. Whether she’s hiking, walking in the park, or exploring on RZR rides with her family, every moment spent outside is a cherished adventure.
With over 11 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant, including serving as a back office manager, she thrives on helping others. Her expertise extends to billing and insurance, where she worked for seven years in medical settings at Honor Health and Mayo Clinic. She’s collaborated closely with case management in obstetrics and the ER, honing her keen eye for detail while always prioritizing the best interests of our clients. She loves being on the OTB team supporting our injectors.
Rachel loves engaging with people, always sporting a smile, and her glasses are her statement piece, adding a touch of flair to her personality. She finds fulfillment in balancing her career with being present for her children, as family is the greatest adventure of all.
GABRIELLE
Client Success Manager
Gabrielle is a passionate follower of Jesus, a devoted wife, and a proud mother of four. She has been happily married to her husband for 11 years after meeting while earning her degree in Marketing and Special Event Management at Arizona State University.
With professional experience in internal medicine, retail advertising, and private event planning, Gabrielle brings a heart for people and strong attention to detail to her role as a Client Success Manager. Her years spent raising her children full-time remain one of her greatest and most meaningful accomplishments.
In her free time, she loves cheering on her kids at baseball & cheer games, celebrating life’s special moments with family and friends, dancing in the living room with her kids, and spending time at her family’s cabin in Pine. She feels most at peace in nature, often barefoot with an iced espresso, embracing the simple joys of life alongside her sweet Dachshund puppy, Pepper.

Client Success Manager
Kaylee is a devoted wife and proud mom to her daughter. She enjoys building meaningful connections, supporting others, and bringing a creative perspective to everything she does. Her passion for helping people and appreciation for the aesthetics industry make her a valued member of the OTB team.
With a background in social media management and digital marketing, Kaylee brings both creativity and strategy to her role. She has experience helping brands strengthen their online presence through thoughtful content, audience engagement, and marketing initiatives. As a licensed esthetician, she also offers a unique understanding of the beauty and wellness industry, allowing her to better support OTB clients and providers.
In her free time, Kaylee enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, working out, and finding the latest shopping deals. She finds great fulfillment in balancing motherhood with her career and cherishes making memories with her loved ones while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
