Brittany’s journey to entrepreneurship began a little over 2 years ago when she made the decision to leave corporate nursing to be by her father’s side during his terminal battle with Pancreatic Cancer. This chapter reinforced her belief that while money can always be made, moments with loved ones are irreplaceable.
Today, she takes immense pride in helping injectors grow their businesses, ensuring they feel supported & confident that their practice is treated with the utmost care—just as if it were her own
Brittany & her dedicated team at On The Ball Virtual specialize in supporting Aesthetic Injectors & their practices by enhancing client retention, revenue, & utilization. With a comprehensive suite of services that includes administrative support, client retention messaging, monthly newsletters, data entry, strategic guidance, & more, they cater to both ongoing retainer clients & project-based needs. Their expertise extends to strategy calls, Asana VIP Days tailored for efficient task management setups across all industries, & consulting for larger MedSpas aiming to build exceptional client retention systems.
With over 12 years as a Nurse in the OR & as a Nurse Navigator, Brittany is also a devoted mom & wife, lover of Botox & all things black & checkered. She spends her downtime with friends & family, reading a good book, supporting local businesses at pop-up events, and being a lover of coffee & you'll find her at local coffee shops weekly.
RACHEL
Client Success Manager
As a devoted wife and a proud mom to two adventurous boys, Rachel finds joy in the great outdoors. Whether she’s hiking, walking in the park, or exploring on RZR rides with her family, every moment spent outside is a cherished adventure.
With over 11 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant, including serving as a back office manager, she thrives on helping others. Her expertise extends to billing and insurance, where she worked for seven years in medical settings at Honor Health and Mayo Clinic. She’s collaborated closely with case management in obstetrics and the ER, honing her keen eye for detail while always prioritizing the best interests of our clients. She loves being on the OTB team supporting our injectors.
Rachel loves engaging with people, always sporting a smile, and her glasses are her statement piece, adding a touch of flair to her personality. She finds fulfillment in balancing her career with being present for her children, as family is the greatest adventure of all.
GABRIELLE
Client Success Manager
Gabrielle is a passionate follower of Jesus, a dedicated wife, and a mother of four. She has been happily married for almost 10 years to her husband, whom she met while earning her degree in Marketing and Special Event Management at Arizona State University.
With professional experience in both an internal medicine office, retail advertising & private event planning, she's thrilled to be on the OTB team as a client success manager.
Taking time out of the workforce to raise her children has been one of her most fulfilling accomplishments.
In her free time, she enjoys baseball, celebrating life’s special moments with loved ones, dancing in the living room with her kids, and connecting with nature, often barefoot. Her faithful companion, her dog Gemma, is never far from her side as she continues to embrace life's joyful moments.
